Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amount of $139,000.00, with interest thereon at <br />the rate of Five Percent (5%) per annum, as evidenced by that certain promissory note of even date <br />(the "Note"), �xecuted by Trustor, which has been delivered and is payable to the ordex of <br />Beneficiary, and which by this reference is hexeby made a part hereof, and any and all modifications, <br />extensions and xenewals thereof, and <br />b. Papment of all sums advanced by Beneficiary to pxotect the Trust Esta.te, with interest thereon at <br />the xate of Fourteen Pexcent (14%) per annum, and <br />c. The pexformance of Trustor's covenants and agreements. <br />d. Pre�ayment. There shall be no penalty to the Borrowexs for pxepayment of principal amounts. <br />This shall not excuse the Borrowers from making the next regular scheduled payment. <br />e. AssigYUnent.
