<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated August 26, 2011, executed by VERONICA S DAILY, whose address is
<br />2216 COTTONWOOD RD, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 and DARWIN L DAILY, whose
<br />address is 2216 COTTONWOOD RD, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801; WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND; as Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as
<br />Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed of Trust, which was recorded
<br />September 2, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0201106578.
<br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />LOT 17, BLOCK 4, IN THE REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />paid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 24th day of August, 2012.
