<br />The undersigned, U. S. Bank N. A., as the Owner and holder of the Note secured by Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 4, 2012, among KTDoubleMD, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, refened to as
<br />"Trustor", and U.S. Bank N. A., referred to as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary"; and Allen L.
<br />Fugate, referred to as "Trustee"; which Deed of Trust was recorded April 9, 2012, Document No.:
<br />201202777, Official Records of Hall County, Nebraska hereby substitutes U. S. Bank N. A., as Trustee in
<br />lieu of the Trustee therein.
