<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ROGER W LYDICK
<br />AND GLADYS K LANGLEY A/KlA G KATHLEEN LANGLEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, daxed
<br />APRIL 13, 2012 and recorded APRIL 23, 2012 _ in the affice of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 201203176 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
