Occupancy.Borzower shall ocwpy, establish, and use the Property as Boao�ver's principal residence <br /> wi[hin 60 days after Ihe execution of this Security Instrumcnt and shall continue to oceupy the Properfy as <br /> Bonower's principal residcnce for at least one yzar after the date of occupa�cy, nnless Lender otherwise <br /> agrees in writing,which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, or unless extenuating circumstances <br /> exist which are bevond Aonower's control. <br /> 7. Preservation,Maintenaneeand Proteetionof the Property;Inspections.Bo�rower shail not destroy, <br /> damagc ar impair thc Property,allow thc Property to dctcrioratc or commit wastc on thc Property. Whclhcr <br /> or not Aorrower is residing in the Property. Borrower shall maintain the Property in order to prevent the <br /> Property from deteriorating or decreasing in value due to its condition. Material iepresentxtions include,but <br /> are nol limited W,representxtions conceming Borrower's occupancy of the Property as Borrower's principal <br /> residence. <br /> 9.
