201207093 <br /> (a) Any such agreements will not effect the amounts that Borrower has agreed to pay for Niortgage <br /> Insurance,or any other terms of the Lo9n. Such agreements will not increase the amount <br /> Borrower will owe for Mortgage Iosurance, and they will not entitle Borrower to any refund. <br /> (b) Any such agreemeuts will not atfect the rights Barrower has-if any-wlth respect to the <br /> Mortgage Insurance uuder the Homeowners Prolection Act of]998 or auy other law.These rights <br /> may include the right to receive certain disclosures,to request and obtain cancellation of the <br /> Mortgage Insurance,to have the Mortgage Insurance[erminated automatically,and/ar to receive <br /> a refund of any Mortgagc Iusurance premiums that were unearued at the time of such <br /> caucellation or termination. <br /> 11. Assignmentof MiscellaneousProceeds;ForFeiture.All D7iscellaneotts Proceeds aze hereby assigned to <br /> and shall be paid fo Lender. <br /> If the Proper[y is damaged, such Miscellaneous Proceeds shall be applied to restoration or repair of thc <br /> PropertV, if[he restoratiou or repair is economically feasible and Lcnder's security is not lessened.
