<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated May 23, 2005, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book NA Page NA or Instrument Number
<br />200504633 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
