<br />WHEREAS; all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, HARRY H. �, j d
<br />HANSEN AND DARLA M HANSEN, F/K/A DARLA M POLAK, husband and wife, `
<br />Tnistor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated
<br />February 19, 2008, and recorded on February 25, 2008, in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200801504 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Tnist be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warraiity, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
