<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Niedfelt
<br />Property Management, LLC, A Nebraska Corporation, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, da.ted September
<br />4, 2008, and recorded September 24, 2008, Instrument Number 0200808140, in the office of the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
