<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ricky A.
<br />Leth and Janice L. Leth, husband and wife, Trustors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 2, 2008 in which Pathway Bank,
<br />a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded January 10,
<br />2008 as Instrument Number 0200800211 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing
<br />an original stated indebtedness of $290,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
