WERNER, a single person, and SANDRA J. ROCK, a single person, jointly and severally, as Trustors, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT CO., INC., as Beneficiary, dated August 6, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 97-106517 on August 13, 1997, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
