<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust
<br />executed on July 30, 1998, by Walter Fred Petersen and Maxine Elaine
<br />Petersen, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Major Mortgage,
<br />a Wyoming Corporation, as Beneficiary, recorded on August 3, 1998,
<br />as Instrument No. 98-107543 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory
<br />Note in the amount of $59,850.00; and as assigned to Commercial
<br />Federal Mortgage Corporation by assignment dated July 30, 1998 and
<br />recorded on September 9, 1998 at Instrument No. 98-108825 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and as
<br />assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment dated July 1, 2005
<br />and recorded on July 20, 2005 at Instrument No. 200506803 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and as
<br />further assigned to Bank of America, National Association by
<br />assignment dated February 23, 2012 and recorded on February 24, 2012
<br />at Instrument No. 201201419 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned, the authorized agent
<br />of the holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms
<br />of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees
<br />who may have been previously appointed in place of the original
<br />Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi A. Swanson,
<br />3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve,
<br />effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust,
<br />and to replace the Trustee of record. Said Substitute Trustee is
<br />qualified to serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state
<br />as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
