The value of the real property owned by Donna M. Towler, Deceased, does not <br />exceed $25,000. The legal description of the real estate owned by Decedent as a joint tenant <br />with Rodney L. Towler is an undivided one-half (1 /2) interest in the real estate described on the <br />hereto attached Exhibit A. <br />2. More than thirfy (30) days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent. <br />Donna M. Towler died on January 13, 2005. A certified copy of the Decedent's death certificate <br />is attached to this Affidavit. <br />3. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is <br />pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />4. Rodney L. Towler, son of Donna M. Towler, owned the real estate in joint tenancy <br />with Donna M. Towler. <br />5. <br />G� <br />The value of Donna M. Towler's entire estate did not exceed $25,000. <br />No other person, other than Rodney M. Towler, has a right to the interest of the <br />Decedent in the above-described properfy. <br />7.
