<br />The undersigned, Equitable Bank, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated August 3, ��
<br />2007, wherein STEPHEN L BENNETT and CAROL L BENNETT, Husband and Wife, are the S
<br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on August 9, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200706798; and contains as trust property the
<br />following-described real estate:
<br />LOT ONE (1), IN BLOOMQUIST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA;
<br />which is commonly known as 4319 West Stolley Park Road, Alda, Nebraska;
<br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and
<br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights
<br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and
<br />profits relating to the real property, including without limita.tion all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal
<br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property";
