<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />4 Trust Deed," executed by Legacy Communications, LLC, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Piatte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 2, 2005, recorded June 15, 2005 as
<br />Instrument #200505400 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), in Warren Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly know as 3205 W North Front St, Nebraska
