<br />The undersigned, Jerrilyn Moss Anderson, being first duly swom, upon oath,
<br />deposes and states that:
<br />1. Affiant is of lawful age, under no duress, undue influence or legal disability or incapacity
<br />and has personal knowledge of ali matters set forth herein.
<br />2. At the time of the death of Elsie Evelyn Moss, aka Elsie E. Moss, on May 3, 2012,
<br />the said Elsie Evelyn Moss (hereinafter referred as Elsie E. Moss) was survived by,
<br />among others, her daughter, Jerrilyn Moss Anderson, the Affiant herein.
<br />3. Attached to this Affidavit as Exhibit 1 and by this reference fully incorporated herein is a
<br />certified copy of the Certificate of Death for the said Elsie E. Moss.
<br />4. Attached to this AfFdavit as Exhibit 2 and by this reference fully incorporated herein is a
<br />cert�ed copy of the "Final Decree" entered on March 23, 1978, by the County Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, in the proceeding entitled "In the Matter of the Estate of William E.
<br />Moss, Deceased" and designated as Estate No. 35-30. As reflected by said Final Decree,
<br />the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE'/) of Section 29, Township 11 North, Range 12 West of the
<br />6"' P. M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S'/zNE'/) of Section 29, Township 11 North,
<br />Range 12 West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S'/2SW'/ ) and the South Twenty (20) acres of
<br />the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section (N'/2SW'/) of Section 17,
<br />Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended to Elsie E. Moss for and during her natural life, and that subject to
<br />the life estate in Elsie E. Moss, the fee title passed and descended to Jerrilyn Moss
<br />Anderson, Affiant herein, and Wayne R. Moss, in equal shares.
<br />AND FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
