<br />Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by WETZEL
<br />BROTHERS INVESTMENTS, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN,
<br />Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of WATER SPORTS iJNLIMITED, INC., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 22, 2008, and recorded on May 27, 2008,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number
<br />0200804579, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (N'/zNW'/aSW'/a) of Section Thirty-Three (33), in
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6�' P.M., more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the said
<br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N%ZNW'/aSW'/4),
<br />thence running northerly along the east line of the said North Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N%ZNW'/4SW'/4) a distance of
<br />197.59 feet; thence running westerly and parallel to the south line of the said
<br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N%ZNW'/aSW'/a) a
<br />distance of 1,322.64 feet to a point on the west line of the said North Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N%ZNW'/aSW'/a); thence running
<br />southerly along the West line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (N%ZNW'/4SW'/a) a distance of 197.59 feet to the southwest
<br />corner of the said North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N%zNW'/aSW'/4); thence running easterly along and upon the south line of the
<br />said North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N'/zNW'/aSW'/a) a distance of 1,322.5 feet to the point of beginning, excepting
<br />therefrom a strip of land condemned by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and
<br />recorded in Book 8, Page 166 in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
