<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 28th, 2011 executed by Clark A Gauthier, a single
<br />person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0201108760, on the 22nd day of November, 2011 and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five s o
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed ��
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Forty One (41), In Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and the Westerly One-Half of vacated Locust Street adjacent to the
<br />Easterly line of Lot One (1), Block Forty One (41), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to-wit; Beginning at the
<br />Northeast comer of said Lot One (1), Block Forty One (41) and running Southerly along and
<br />upon the Easterly line of said Lot One (1), Block Forty One (41), a distance of One Hundred
<br />Thirty Two Feet (132.0') to the Southeast corner of said Lot One (1), Block Forty One (41);
<br />thence running Easterly block Forty Feet (40.0') to the center of Locust Street; thence a
<br />distance of One Hundred Thirty Two Feet (132.0) to the Southerly line of Fourth Street; thence
<br />running Westerly Forty Feet (40.0') along and upon the Southerly line of Fourth Street to the
<br />point of beginning.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 13th day of August, 2012.
