<br /> 'a Hall, State of Nebraska, Co-Executors of the Estate of CHRISTINE A.
<br /> ! LAUTENSCHLAGER, late of Doniphan, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein
<br /> ,� referred to as Co-Executors, and IRVIN GLEN HOPPE and MARLENE E. HOPPE, '
<br /> � husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants
<br /> `� in common, of Doniphan, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein referred to
<br /> � as grantee.

<br /> � In consideration of Twelve Thousand and no/100 ($12,000.00)
<br /> i� Dollars; paid to Co-Executors by grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
<br /> i Co-Executors hereby convey to grantees, their heirs and assigns, the following
<br /> � real property, to-wit:
<br /> Lot One (1), of Cleal's Addition to Doniphan, Hall.
<br /> County, Nebraska. '
<br /> Together with all appurtenances thereto, and the reversion and reversions, re-
<br /> mainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate,
<br /> right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand whatsoever,
<br /> both in law and equity, which Christine A. Lautenschlager, the Testatrix, had
<br /> in her lifetime and at the time of her death, and which Co-Executors have, by
<br /> virtue of the will of Christine A. Lautenschlager, the Testatrix, or otherwise,
<br /> of, in, and to the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof,
<br /> � with the appurtenances.
<br /> To have and to hold all the above-granted premises, together with
<br /> the appurtenances, and every part thereof, to grantee, their heirs, and assigns
<br /> forever.
<br /> Co-Executors, for themselves, their heirs, executors and admini-
<br /> strators, agree with the grantee that they are lawfully the Co-Executors of the �
<br /> estate of Christine A. Lautenschlager, and have power to convey as aforesaid.
<br /> Co-Executors further covenant that they have in all respects made this convey-
<br /> ance pursuant to the authority granted by the will of Christine A. Lautenschlager,
<br /> and that they have not done or suffered any act since they became Co-Executors
<br /> as afor _
<br /> esaid whereby the above granted premises, or any part thereof, now are,
<br /> or at any time hereafter, shall or may be impeached, charged, or encumbered in
<br /> any manner whatsoever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Co-Executors have executed this deed at
<br /> Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, the day and year first above written.
