<br /> called the Grantors in consideration of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars
<br /> ($100.00) received from Grantees, do quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unto WALTER. H. LUERS and PRUE R. LUERS, husband
<br /> and wife, as ` joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not� as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska:
<br /> • A tract of land located in the East Half of the Southwest .
<br /> Quarter (E1/2SG�11/4) of Section Thirty-six (36) , Township
<br /> Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) , West of the 6th P.M. ,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska,, more particularly described as
<br /> follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot Three
<br /> (3) in said .Southwest Quarter, which is also the joint
<br /> where the west line of Lot Three (3) intersects with the
<br /> north meander line of the Platte River and running thence
<br /> in a northeasterly direction upon and along the north
<br /> meander line, being the high bank line of the Platt�
<br /> River, a distance of 400 feet; thence at right angles
<br /> in a southeasterly direction a distance of 520 feet; ,
<br /> thence at right angles in a southwesterly direction
<br /> and parallel with the north meander line a distance of
