<br /> RANCHO MOTEL, INC. , a Nebraska corporation, as tenants in common, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in the County of Hall, State
<br /> of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block Fifty-
<br /> , Three (53) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition, and .
<br /> its camplement^, to-wit: Fractional Lot Four (4) in
<br /> Fractional Block Twelve (12) in Baker's Addition, both
<br /> being additions to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br /> all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
<br /> unto the said Erin Hotel Co. , Inc. , a Nebraska corporation, and Erin
<br /> Rancho Motel, Inc. , a Nebraska corporation, and to their successors and
<br /> assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantees and
<br /> with their successors and assigns, that we are Tawfully seized of said
<br /> premises, that they are free from encumbrance and that we have good

<br /> claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Paul Forbis and Jewell
