<br /> Rosabel McDonald, Deceased, late of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, Party of the First Part, and Forrest R. Huffman and
<br /> Rosalene J. Huffman, husband and wife, Parties of the Second Part.
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> That the Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Executor of the Estate of Rosabel McDonald,
<br /> Deceased, under her Last Will and Testament, which is of record
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue
<br /> of the power and authority granted to him under such Will, and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
<br /> DOLLARS ($12,500,00) to him paid by the Parties of the Second Part,
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and conf irm unto the Parties
<br /> of the Second Part, as joint tenants, with the right of survivor-
<br /> ship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br /> estate situate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> All of Lot One Hundred Twenty-Seven (127) and the North
<br /> � Twenty-Four (24) Feet of Lot One Hundred Twenty-Eight
<br /> (128) of Hawthorne Place, being a subdivision of part
<br /> of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty-Two
<br /> (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) GTest
<br /> of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also all of the estate, right, title, interest, property,
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatsoever which the said Rosabel
<br /> McDonald had in her lifetime and at the time of her death and
<br /> which the Party of the First Part has, by virtue of said Last
<br /> L�Iill and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted
<br /> premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
<br /> longing unto the Second Parties and to their assigns or to the
<br /> heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And I, William T. Green, for myself, my heirs, executors,
<br /> and administrators do covenant, promise and agree to and with the
<br /> Parties of the Second Part that I am lawfully the Executor of the
<br /> La.st Will and Testament of Rosabel McDonald, Deceased, and that as
<br /> such, I am lawfully seized of said premises, that said premises
<br /> are free from encumbrances, and that I have the power to convey
<br /> as aforesaid and have acted in making this conveyance in pursuance
<br /> of the authority granted in and by such Last Will and Testament,
<br /> and that I have not made, done or suffered any act, matter or
