<br /> SURVIVORSHIP QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> . Matthew F. Brach and Josephine L Brach, husband and wife, herein
<br /> called the Grantor whether one or more, in consideration of the execution by
<br /> Grantees of a similar deed in favor of Grantors, the receipt of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> Max K. Beggs and Sharon K. Beggs, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br /> right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described
<br /> real property in Hall County, Nebraska; being a part of Lot Seven (7) in Brach's
<br /> Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly
<br /> described as foilows:
<br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot Seven (7);
<br /> thence easterly along the southerly line of said Lot Seven (7),
<br /> a distance of Sixteen and Seventy-Five Hundredths (16, 75}
<br /> feet; thence nort�easterly along the southeasterly line of said
<br /> Lot Seven (7), a distance of Thirty-Nine and Four Tenths (39, 4j
<br /> feet; thence northwesterly, a distance of Cne Hundred Three and
<br /> Fifty-Six Hundredths (103. 56) feet, to a point on the westerly
<br /> line of said L,ot Seven (7); thence southerly along the westerly
<br /> line of said L,ot Seven (7), a distance of One Hundred Nine and
<br /> Sixty-Five Hundredths (109. 65) feet to the place of beginning
<br /> and containing 0. 0680 acres, more or less,
<br /> as is shown upon the plat of said tract dated July 11, 1972, marked "Exhibit A��,
<br /> and incorporated herein by reference.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees
<br /> and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of
<br /> either of the grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in
