<br /> MAR.LER and KENNETH MARLER, her husband; OLGA DAHLMAN, a widow;
<br /> and IRENE SIEBELS and HAR.RY SIEBELS, husband and wife, being all
<br /> of the heirs at law and spouses of the heirs at law of Anton
<br /> Rasmussen, Deceased, herein called the grantor, whei�her one or
<br /> more, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
<br /> Village of Cairo, in Hall Cou.nty, Nebraska, a municipal corporation,
<br /> the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (NE�) of Section Twenty-four (24) , Township ,
<br /> Twelve (12) , North, Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> Commencing at a point on the South boundary line of
<br /> � Syria Street in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, which
<br /> point is Sixty (60) feet South of the Southwest corner
<br /> of Lot Seven (7) , in Block Four (4) , in the Fourth
<br /> Addition to Cairo, Nebraska; thence running One Hundred
<br /> Fifty (150) feet south; thence running One Hundred
<br /> . Forty (140) feet East; thence running One Hundred Fifty
<br /> (150) feet North, and thence .running One Hundred Forty
<br /> (140) feet West to the place of beginning.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, heredizaments and appurtenances there-to belong-
<br /> ing unto the grantee, for the purpose of maintaining the premises
<br /> and appurtenances as a public park for said Village of Cairo in the
<br /> memory of Anton Rasmussen, as consideration for the gift of this
<br /> deed to the Village of Cairo. And in the event the Village of
<br /> Cairo in Hall County, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, should not
<br /> keep and maintain the premises as a public park in the memory of
<br /> Anton Rasmussen, this deed shall become forfeited and the premises
<br /> herein described and all the rights herein conveyed, shall at once
<br /> revert to and revest in and become the property of said grantor,
<br /> their heirs, personal representatives or assigns, without any de--
<br /> claration of forfeiture or act of re-entry and without any other
<br /> act by said first parties to be performed, or by said grantor to
<br /> be performed, and without any right of the grantee to reclamation
<br /> or compensation for monies paid or improvements made is absolutely,
<br /> fully and perfectly as if this deed had never been made. This
<br /> revezter is intended to become effective should the premises not
<br /> be maintained as a park for a consecutive period of time of one year.
<br /> Grantor covenants with the grantee and grantee°s assigns,
<br /> that the grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they
<br /> are free from encumbrances; that the grantor has good right and
<br /> lawful authority to convey by this deed. ' ' `
