<br /> Elmer Baasch and Carolina Baasch, husband and wi,f�rein called the grantor whether one or more,

<br /> received from grantees, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> Charles E. Baasch and Janice K. Baasch, husband and wife
<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real

<br /> Part of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 11 , north, Range
<br /> 9, west of the 6th P. M, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point
<br /> 20 rods north and 27 feet east of the Southwest corner cf the South 1/2 of the Southeast
<br /> 1/4 of said Section 13; thence continuing north parallel to and 27 feet �ast of the west
<br /> boundary line of the South 1/2 Southeast Quarter aforesaid (S�SE;) of said Section 13,
<br /> for a distance of 20 rods; running thence east parallel with the south baundary line of
<br /> the South 1/2 of the Southeast Quarter (S��SEQ) of said Section for a distance of 8 rods;
<br /> running thence south parallel with the west boundary line of the South 1/2 Southeast Quarter
