<br /> , described for sale at the place fixed on the 9th day of June, 1972, at the hour of
<br /> 2:00 o'clock'P.M., of said day and at the time and place stated in said notices,
<br /> ! and after said notices had been published for three (3) consecutive weeks, I offered
<br /> ! said land for sale at public auction, and the sale was kept open more than one (1)
<br /> hour, and sold the same to Rudolf F. Plate, for the sun of Twelve Thousand Five
<br /> Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) , he being the highest bidder therefor and afterwards
<br /> j on the 14th day.of June, 1972, said Court approved and confirmed said sale and by
<br /> i an Order directed mG as said Referee, to execute to said Rudol�f F. Plate a Deed
<br /> : conveying said lands to him in fee simple, subjecting to any existing liens or
<br /> I encumbrances of record,

<br /> � � NOW, THEREFORE, I, O. Wm. VonSeggern, Refer�e, in consideration of the '�
<br /> premises and the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) so bid �
<br /> and paid by said Rudolf F. Plate, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,
<br /> do by these presents, grant, sell and convey unto the said Rudolf F. Plate and to
<br /> � his heirs, and assigns, the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> • The Northerly Fifty-six Feet (N56') of the East One-half (E2)
<br /> of Block Ten (10) , in Pleasant Home Subdivision of part of the
<br /> East One-half of the Southeast Quarter (E�SE;) , Section Twenty-
<br /> one (21) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) west of
<br /> the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br /> To have and to hold, the same to him, the said Rudolf F.. Plate and his
<br /> heirs and assigns forever.
