REFEREE t S DEED JUN 2 Z �97� <br /> .�` G BY <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That whereas, in an action of partition pending in the District <br /> Court 'of HaTl County,- Nebraska, wherein Irene Heupel Siebels arid , <br /> ' Harry Siebels are plaintiffs and LeRoy Gene Heupel, et al. , are <br /> � defendants, for the partition of the premises hereinafter described, <br /> the undersigned Referee, duly appointed by said Court to make parti- <br /> tion of said real estate, ma.de report in writing, duly signed; <br /> . setting forth that partition of said real estate could not be ma.de <br /> without great pre�udic.e to the owners thereof, which report was <br /> duly examined by the Court, and the Court, being satisfied there- <br /> with, confirmed the same and thereupon made an Order directing the <br /> undersigned Referee to sell said premises on the following terms, <br /> to-wit: 20% cash at the time of sale and the balance on confirma- <br /> tion. • <br /> In pursuance of said Order, the undersigned Referee, after <br /> giving bond and taking the oath required by law, caused notice to <br /> � be published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper <br /> printed and in general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, that <br /> said Referee would offer said real estate for sale in the Lobby, <br /> lower level of the Courthouse, in Grand Island, Hall County, Ne- � <br /> braska, on the 9th day of March, 1972, at 2:00 p.m, of said day, <br /> and at the time and place stated in said notice, and after said <br /> notice had been published for more than thirty days, the following <br /> described real estate, to-wit: <br /> The North Half of the �Northwest Quarter <br /> (N2NW4) of Section 1�aenty-One (21), Town- <br /> ship 'Iwileve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) <br /> West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> was offered for sale at public auction and sold to James A. Schultz <br /> and Donna J. Schultz, as joint tenants with the right of survivor- <br /> ship between them and not as tenants in common, for the sum of <br /> Thirt.y-One Thousand 'Itivo Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($31,200.00), <br /> they being the highest bidders therefor, and thereafter and on the <br /> 13th day. of March, 1972, I reported said sale to the Court, and <br /> on the 30th day of March, 1972, said Court approved and confirmed <br /> said sale and ordered and directed the undersigned Referee to <br /> execute and deliver to James A. Schultz and Donna J. Schultz a <br /> deed conveying such real estate to them as joint tenants with <br /> � right of survivorship between them and not as tenants in common. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Thomas A. Wagoner, Referee, in considera- <br /> tion of the sum of Thirty-One Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($31,200.00), so bid and paid, and by virtue of the power <br /> vested in me by law, do sell, vest, and grant unto James A. Schultz <br /> and Donna J.
