<br /> IRENE REHER, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, 5tate of Nebraska,
<br /> Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Irvin H. Meyer, deceased, late of ;
<br /> Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein called the
<br /> grantor whether ❑ne or more, and TOM C. BRISENO and MELUARAE BRISENO, of
<br /> Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein called the grantees;
<br /> Witnesseth, that the said grantor, Irene Reher, the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting executrix of said Irvin H. Meyer, deceased, under his Last
<br /> Will and Testament which is of record in the office of the probate court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the power and authority granted and con..
<br /> ferred upon her, under the said will, and in consideration of the sum of
