<br /> 8. RES'.CRICTIONS ON RIGHTS OF TRUST BENEFICYARIES TO TR�ST �
<br /> ESTATE. No title ox a�ny part oF the truat eseate veete in any
<br /> trust beneficiery, except the GRANTORS, unless actuel
<br /> distribu�iAn has been mada to the beneficiery. No riyhts of
<br /> any beneficiary, other than GRANTORS, under this �,qreement ac�s
<br /> subject to a�ssignment, anticipation, liability or indebtedness,
<br /> or subject to any attachment, order, decree, judqmet►t or
<br /> process of any court for tha purp�ae oE ccl].ecting �►ny -
<br /> indebtedness of any such benef iciary. The TRUST�E shall not be
<br /> required to make any disbursements to any assignee or creditor
<br /> of eny trust beneficiary under thia trust.
<br /> 9. ADBITIONAL PRQPERTY. The GRANTORS may at any time transfer
<br /> ` and deliver to the TRUSTEE cash, securitfes, real estate a�nd
<br /> :,tttar prag�rt� and *_he nrenerty tranaferred to the TRUSTEB
<br /> � shall be held, administered, aad disposed of by tha TRU3TEE in
<br /> j accordance with the provisions oE this Agraement without the
<br /> �' execution of any further instrument ar declaration, except
<br /> '' those instruments required for assigning or transferring the
<br /> assets to the TRUBTEE.
<br /> .Y 10. ACCOUNT ING BY TRUSTEE. The TRU STEE shall keep the
<br /> :;'� benef iciaries of the Trust created by this Agreement rensonably
<br /> ''�' informed of the Trust and its administratfon and, in addition,
<br /> �; within thiXty days after acceptance of the duties of TRUSTEE of
<br /> :i
<br /> the Trust, the TRUS�BE shn].1 lnform in writing the current
<br /> beneficiaries of the TRUSTEE'S name and address. UpoR
<br /> '' reasonable request by any beneficiAry, ttie TRUSTEE shall -
<br /> ` provide the beneficiary with a copy of t his Agreement showing
<br /> the beneficiary's interest and with re�evant information abaut
<br /> � the asse�s of the Trust and the particulars relating to the
<br /> administrntiion of the Trust. Upon reascnable request, a
<br /> . beneficiary is entitled to a statement of the.'•eccounts of the
<br />- Trust annually and on termination of the Trust or chenge of the
<br /> TRUSTEE.
