<br /> ba£ore the lasc of the GR�INTORS to die, the ahare of the
<br /> residuary trust estate intended for the deceased rasiduary
<br /> trust beneficiary shall be paid and diseributed ka �he issue of
<br /> the deceased beneficiary, by representation, but if any of them
<br /> dies before the last of the GRANTORS to die without ler�vinq
<br /> issue, the distributive share of the residuary trust estate
<br /> intended for the daaeased benaflciary shall ba paid �nd _
<br /> discributed to the other reaiduary trust beneficaries in
<br /> proportion to their intersts in the residue of the trust as
<br /> provided in this pacagraph.
<br /> 4. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS. In the ev�eat of death of
<br /> Everett R. Scott oc if for any reason whatsoever he ceasea to
<br /> serve as a CO-TRUSTEE under this ngrsement, the GRANTORS
<br /> nominate and a�point Cecilia H. Scott to serve as TRUSTEE
<br /> hereunder without the approval of any court. �n the event of
<br /> death of Cecilia H. Scott or if for any reason whatsoever she
<br />� ceases to serv� as CO-TRUSTEE under this agreement, the
<br /> GRANTORS nominate and appoint Everett R. Scott to serve as
<br /> TRUSTEE witlaout the approval of any court.
<br /> In the event of the death cf both original C'0-TRUSTEES or if
<br /> - for any reason whatsoever both cease to serve as TRUSTEE
<br />; hereunde r, the GRANTORS nocrtinate and appoint Loretta Wiese to
<br /> serve as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE hereunder without the approval of
<br /> ' any court. If Loretta Wies� dies beFore this Trust is
<br /> � terminated� renounces appointment or her � appointment is
<br /> } terminated as SUCCESSOR 2RUSTEE for any rea�on, GRANTORS
<br /> � request the couct having jurisdiction of the adminietr ation of
