<br /> 1992, betiween Everett R. Scott and Cecilia H. Scoct, husbaad
<br /> and wife, the GRANTORS, and Everett R. Scott and Cecilia H.
<br /> Scott, the CO-TRUSTEES. Referenae to the "TRUSTEE" in this
<br /> agreement, and any amandment to th3.s agreement, and in any
<br /> writing, conveying, transEerring or aesigning pr�perty to the
<br /> Trust created by this agreement, shall be deemed a reference to

<br /> 2. TRUaT PROPERTY. GRANTORS acknowledge they have
<br /> � traneferred to the TRUSTEE, without consideration, the sum o�
