I currently reside at 610 Leisure Lane, Hastings, NE 68901. It is my intention to renounce and disclaim my undivided one- sixth interest in and to the probate estate of Gerald R. White, deceased, which I might otherwise possess due to his death on September 12, 2011, a resident of Doniphan, Hall County and further pursuant to the Renunciation and Disclaimer of Interest in Probate Estate filed by my father, Craig L. White. I specifically believe my relationship to the property in which the Decedent had an interest to be that of a beneficiary under the Renunciation executed by my father, Craig L. White, dated June 7, 2012, which instrument was heretofore admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. on June 7, 2012. RECITALS WHEREAS, I have consulted with legal counsel of my choosing regarding the execution of this document; and WHEREAS, to the e�ent such legal counsel represents any other person or entity in any manner which may give rise to a situation of dual representa.tion or potential conflict of interest or to the extent such legal counsel in his individual capacity may derive a benefit from the execution of this document, I hereby represent that I have been informed of such fact by such legal counsel and that I have prevailed upon such legal counsel to represent me in this regard after such full disclosure; and WHEREAS, at the time of the execution of this document, there were no blank spaces therein and I hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of this document showing my signature, the signature of the witnesses, and the acknowledgxnent of my signature and those of the witnesses; and WHEREAS, I acknowledge that I am releasing something which might be of substantial value to me, but I do not expect to, nor have I, received any consideration in money or otherwise for the execution of this document; and WHEREAS, I intend this document to be a disclaimer pursuant to Sections 2518, 2045, and any other applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code as now exist or as hereafter amended; and WEIEREAS, I do not expect to, nor have I, controlled, directed or selected the person or entity who sha11 receive, possess, or enjoy the interest or power hereby renounced and disclaimed; and
