201206674 <br /> If the L,oan is subject to a law wluch sets maximum loan charges, and thaY law is finally interpreted so that <br /> the interest or other loan charges collected or to be collected in connecrion with the Loan exceed the <br /> permitted limits, thea: (a)any such loan chazge shall be reduced by the mmount necessary to reduce the <br /> charge to the permitted limit; and(b)any sums already coll�from Borrower which escceded permitted <br /> limits will be refunded to Borrower. Lender may choose to make this re£und by reducing the principal owed <br /> under the Notc or by making a direct pa}m�ent to Horrower. If a refund reduces principal> the reduction will <br /> be treabed as a partial prepaymeut without azry prepayment charge(whether or not a prepaymant charge is <br /> pmvided for imder the Note).
