<br />WI�REAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JAMES F GREEN AND VANESSA A GREEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, da,ted APRIL 23. 2011 and recorded APRIL 20. 2011 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCiJMENT #0201103011 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the r�uest of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te derived to
