<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />Louis Myers and Louise Ford, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Sarah A. Myers,
<br />Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Linda Zahl and Leanne Whetstone, GRANTEE,
<br />to each an undivided one-half interest as tenants in common, the following described real esta.te
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201):
<br />An undivided one-half interest in and to the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 31, Township
<br />12 North, Range 11, West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of
<br />land comprising the East 672.16 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 31, Township
<br />12 North, Range 11, West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and containing 40.811 acres,
<br />more or less, of which 2.488 acres, more or less, is presently occupied by public road right of-
<br />way and 1.012 acres more or less is occupied by permanent utility easement
<br />subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real
<br />estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
