<br />� THIS DEED is dated and executed this �� day of
<br />��-� , 2012, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Mary Theo Gund is
<br />Beneficiary, and Sarah Smaha, a single person, is Trustor and
<br />Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 20, 2003, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200307804, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />A 14/180ths interest in and to all of Sections Five (5), Six
<br />(6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18),
<br />Twenty (20) and Twenty-nine (29), North Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (N1/2 NW1/4) and the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4),
<br />Section Thirty-two (32) lying North of State Highway No. 2
<br />excepting therefrom the Railroad right-of-way and tract of
<br />land deeded to Hall County by Warranty Deeds recorded as
<br />Document Nos. 88-100944, 88-100945, 88-100946, 88-100947, 88-
<br />100948, 88-100949, 88-100950, 200303546, 200303545, 200303544,
<br />and 200303547, and all of Section Thirty-three (33,) lying
<br />North of State Highway No. 2 excepting therefrom the Railroad
<br />right-of-way, all of the above being in Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and all of Sections One (1) and Twelve (12),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
