Locust St. Grand Island, Nebraska <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TI�SE PRESENTS that Ben Weeks individually and as <br />Member Manager of Northwind Ventures LLC, with respect to any interest he may have in <br />the real property commonly known as Silver Creek Coffee 5hop and more particularly described <br />in Ezhibit A atta.ched hereto (the "Pro e "), reposing special trust and confidence in his friend <br />and partner, Nancy Weeks of Grand Island, Nebraska. (the "Attornev in Fact"), has ma.de, <br />constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make, constitute and appoint the Attorney <br />in Fact as the agent and true and lawful attorney in fact of the undersigned, to exercise and <br />perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation whatsoever that the undersigned now has or <br />may hereafter acquire, pertaining to the sale of the Property. The undersigned grants to the <br />Attorney in Fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary in <br />exercising any of the powers granted herein as fully as he might do if personally present, with <br />full power of substitution, hereby ratifying and confirming all that the Attorney in Fact shall <br />lawfully do or ca.use to be done by virtue of this Power of Attorney. <br />This Power of Attorney and the agency granted hereby will include the authority to <br />execute on the behalf of the undersigned all settlement statements, contracts, agreements, <br />amendments, extensions, deeds, bills of sa1e, indemnifications, and any other documents <br />necessary to convey interests in real and personal property owned by the undersigned, whether <br />like or unlike the foregoing. <br />This Power of Attorney is intended to be a durable power of attorney and will not be <br />affected by the disability of the undersigned.
