<br />Berta and Billie Berta, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated August 30, 2011 , and
<br />recorded September 28, 2011, at 11:06 A.M., Instrument Number 201107179 in the office of
<br />the Hall CounTy Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a11 the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
