<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />VVHEREAS, a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />DAVID E BARTLETT AND MARSHA R BARTLETT, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HUME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated NOVEMBER 8, 2010 and recorded NOVEMBER 15, 2010 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COIJNTY REGISTER OF DEED' 5 OFFICE OF HALL COiJNTY, NEBRA.SKA, in
<br />DOCiJMENT #0201008519 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />TI-�REFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
