Any notice <br /> to Lender shall be given by delivering it or by mailing it by first class mail to Lender's address sta[ed herein <br /> unless Lender has designated another address by notice to Bonower. Any notice in connection with this <br /> Security Insavment shall not be deemed to have been given to Lender until actually received by Lender. Governing Law; Savarability; Rules of Construction. Ttus Security Instrument shall be governed by <br /> federal law and the law of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located. Borrower"s Copy. Borrower shall be given one copy of the Note and of this Security Instrumen[. <br /> 78. Trensfer of the Property or a B�neficiel Interest in Borrower. Borrower's Right to Reinstate After Acceleretion. If Borrower meets certain conditions, Borrower <br /> shall have the right [o have enforcemen[of this Securiry Instrumern discontinued a[any time prior to the <br /> earliest oF: (a) five days before sale of the Property pursuant to any power of sale contain�in ttus Security <br /> Instrumem; (b) such other period as Applicable I,aw might specify fot the termination of Borrower's right to <br /> reinstate; or(c)entry of a judgment enforcing this Security Inshwnent.
