<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, STEVEN F
<br />SORAHAN AND DEBORAH L SORAHAN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Equitable Banlc as Beneficiary, dated February 1, 2008, and recorded on
<br />February 8, 2008, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instruinent
<br />Number 200801006 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary ui�der said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property lield by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warraaity, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust iii the following described property:
<br />Part of the Northwest Qnarter of the Southeast Qnatter (1VW1/4SE1/4) of Section Thicteen
<br />(13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) VYest of the 6th P.M., Hz�ll County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly descrjbed as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of t6e Southeast Quarter (IVWl/4SE1/4) of said Section Thirteen (13), which point
<br />is 410.0 feet West of the Southeast Coraer of said NOVl/4SE1/4; rt�naing t�ence North paralleI
<br />with the East line of suid NWl/4SE1/4, 200 feet; running thence West, parallel with the South
<br />line of snid 1VW1/4SE1/4 200.0 feet; running thence South parallel with the East Iine of said
<br />NqVl/4SE1/4, 200.0 feet to a point on the South line of the NWl/4SE1/4 of said Section 13;
