<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 10, 2010, executed by Melvin E Sperling and Helen K
<br />Sperling; Husband and Wife, as Tnastors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds OfFce of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, document number 0201001929 on the 24th day of March, 2010, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Tn,ist above mentioned as follows:

<br />NEBRASKA, COMMENCING AT A POINT FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE (495)
<br />FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION: THENCE
<br />RUNNING NORTH ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (165) FEET; THENCE WEST
<br />SIXTY-SIX (66) FEET; THENCE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (165)
<br />FEET; THENCE EAST SIXTY-SIX (66) FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
