<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 4, 1999, executed by Paulsen and Sons, Inc., as Trustors,

<br />AND TWENTY-EIGHT (28), IN "ROUSH'S PLEASANNILLE TERRACE
<br />SUBDIVISION°, A SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 20, 21 AND THE WEST 313.0 FEET
<br />OF LOT 30 MATTHEW'S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (NW1/4) OF SECTION 27, IN TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9,
<br />WEST OF THE 6 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Tnast has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
