<br />WHEREAS, First Bank Natlonal Association is the present Trustee(s) of record under that certain Deed
<br />of Trust executed on the 3rd day of May, 1996 by Rlchard F Krolikowski and Doris B Krollkowskl, as
<br />husband and wlfe as Trustor(s) to Flrst Bank National Assoclatlon as Trustee(s), recorded on the
<br />24th day of May, 1996 as Entry No. 96-104028 of the records of the County Recorder in the County of
<br />Hall in the State of, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, the undersigned, US Bank Natlonal Association by
<br />merger First Bank Natlonal Associatlon as Successor to First Bank National Association is/are the
<br />present holder(s) of the beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust, and do/does hereby appoint U.S.
<br />Bank Trust Company, Nationai Association as Trustee(s) in place and stead of said Flrst Bank
<br />Natlonal Assoctatton under said Deed of Trust;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, upon recordation of this document, the undersigned do/does hereby discharge the
<br />present record Trustee(s) and substitute U.S. Bank Trust Company, Natlonal Association as the new
<br />Trustee(s) who shall succeed to all the powers, duties, authority and title of the former Trustee(s).
