<br />This Easement Agreement made and executed this =�;� da.y of July, 2012, by and
<br />between Roger D. Hanousek and Sylvia E. Hanousek, Husband and Wife, hereinafter referred to
<br />as "Grantor", and CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, a Nebraska body
<br />corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
<br />WIT`NE5SETH:
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of that real estate generally described as:
<br />Sout�iwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 NW 1/4) and East Half of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 NW 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6�' P.M. Hall County, Nebraska
<br />EXCEPT a tract more particularly described as follows: Starting at a point in the
<br />Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty (20), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, thence West 290 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East 290 feet,
<br />thence North 150 Feet to the place of beginning;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantee seeks to obtain a permanent easement for construction,
<br />maintenance, repair, and operation of floodway control dam and related structures over and upon
<br />that real estate described as:
<br />A parcel of land located in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being described as
<br />follows: Referring to the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section
<br />Twenty (20); thence N88°35' 10"E (assumed bearing) on the South line of the
<br />Northwest Quarter, a distance of 1312.03 feet to the Southwest corner of the
<br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Northwest Quarter and the point of
<br />beginning; thence continuing N88°35' 10"E on the South line of said South Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 171.56 feet;
<br />thence N46°35'15"W, a distance of 40.88 feet; thence N51°07'32"W, a distance
<br />of 147.73 feet; thence N62°31'49"W, a distance of 32.34 feet to the West line of
