<br />EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT
<br />This Easement and Temporary Construction Easement Agreement made and executed
<br />this �('�d� day of July, 2012, by and between Gordon M. Dibbern, Trustee under the GORDON
<br />M. DIBBERN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED J[JNE 20, 2007, and Wauneta M. Dibbern,
<br />Trustee, under the WAUNETA M. DIBBERN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JCTNE 20, 2007,
