<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by TR HOLDINGS, LLC, a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated April 3,
<br />2009, and recorded April 9, 2009, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200902622; AND a Corrective Deed of Trust dated February 5, 2010, and recorded
<br />February 10, 2010, in the O�ce bf the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instnunent No.
<br />0201000925, have been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />South Six (6) Feet of Lot Five (5), and all of Lot Four (4), Block Twenty (20), in Packer
<br />and Barr's Second Addition in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
