20120630� <br />If the �wer of sale is invok�l, Trastee ahall rerord a notice of defanit in each connty in which any <br />part of the Property is locat� and shall mail copies of anch notice in the manner prescrlbed by <br />AppHcable Law to Borrower and to tlie other persons prescribe�i by Applicable Lsw. After the Hme <br />reqnired by AppHcable Law, Trostee ahall give publlc nutice of sale to the persons and in the manner <br />prescrlbe,cl by Applicable Law. Trast� withont demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at publfc <br />aaction to the higheat bidder at the dme and place and ander the terms designated in the nodce of sale <br />in one or more parcels and in any order Trust� determines.
