20120s340 <br />If the puwer of sale is invoked, Trastee shall record a notice of defanit in each coanty in which any <br />part of the Property ia located and shall mail copies of snch notice in the manner prescrlbed by <br />Applicable Law to Borrower and to the other persons prescrlb� by Applicable Law. After the tlme <br />r�nired by Appflcable Law, Trastee shall glve pabllc notice of sale to the persons and in the manner <br />pr�cribed by Applicable Law. Trastee, withont demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at public <br />ancHon to the highest bidder at the tlme and place and nnder the terms deaignated in the nodce of sale <br />in one or more parcels and in any order Trastee determines. Trustee may postpone sale of all or any <br />parcel of the Property by pnbllc announcement at the time and place of any prevlously schedaled sale. <br />Lender or its designee may pnrchase the Property at any sale. <br />Ugon receipt of payment of the price bid, Trastee shall deliver to the pnrchaser Trastee's deed <br />conveying the Property. The redtals in the Trastee's deed shall be prima facie evidence of the trath of <br />the statements made therein. Trust� shall r�nvey the Property without warranty to the <br />gerson or persons legally entitled to it Such parsun or persons shall pay any recordation costs. Substitute Trustee.
