Assignee hereby assumes all of Assignor's duties, obligations <br />and benefits under the Deed of Trust Note and Lopez Deed of Trust listed above. Assignor warrants <br />and represents that the Lopez Deed of Trust is in full force and effect and is fully assignable. Assignor <br />further warrants that she has the full right and authority to transfer the Lopez Deed of Trust. <br />D. Governing Law.
